Base Salary

$169k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain web applications with customer-domain and marketplace middleware business logic.
Collaborate with Tech Leads, engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to develop customer- and business-focused solutions.
Create concise, detailed technical documentation.
Partner with product teams to understand requirements and implement actionable backlog tasks.
Build and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Support healthy system operations and high availability.

At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent years of working experience in the field.
Experience working as a software engineer on a product engineering team.
Experience building APIs with C# and .NET.
Experience using AI in daily work through prompt crafting, code review, and advice.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience interpreting system designs and demonstrating teamwork and delivery.
Preferred experience includes CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kafka, RabbitMQ, financial services, financial regulatory concerns, KYC workflows, multiple server-side programming languages, TDD, Domain Driven Development, Event Store DB, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, systems scaled to millions of users, and private markets.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite work two to three days per week in NYC or San Francisco.
Annual salary range of $169,000-$200,000 for San Francisco residents, with an annual bonus referenced separately.
