Base Salary
$87k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build complex, multi-page Palantir Workshop applications with variables, events, object views, and wired Actions.
- Design and extend Ontology object types, link types, Action types, and permissioning structures.
- Develop and schedule data pipelines using Code Repositories or Pipeline Builder, including incremental transformations.
- Implement data health checks, expectations, and lineage visibility to ensure pipeline trustworthiness.
- Apply data markings, restricted views, and mandatory security and governance controls.
- Read, debug, and write Python and PySpark for data engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile Scrum team members to refine requirements, track work, and report progress.
- Integrate Army Vantage capabilities with ADVANA and other Department of War network platforms.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance are required; the ability to attain an interim clearance may be considered.
- A B.S. or M.S. degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, with experience considered in lieu of education.
- At least 4 years of related technical experience is required.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, including production Workshop applications and Ontology modeling, is required or strongly expected.
- Experience with Python, PySpark, data modeling, Ontology design, pipeline orchestration, and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
- Experience with Palantir Vantage, ADVANA, or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work with limited oversight are required.
- Experience with TypeScript Functions, custom React widgets, OSDK, MCP, Palantir certifications, DoD ADVANA, MAVEN, Army 365, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 data models is preferred.
