Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Architect and optimize Terraform-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Design, develop, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable automated software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Investigate complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Define and apply security best practices across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams on technical designs and DevOps improvements.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers, contribute to knowledge sharing, maintain documentation, and improve infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.
- Advanced hands-on Kubernetes experience covering cluster deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise, including reusable infrastructure configurations.
- Solid experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and infrastructure operations.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar scripting and automation languages.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, logging, observability, and security best practices.
- Ability to independently manage complex technical challenges, make technical recommendations, own infrastructure initiatives, and collaborate across teams.
- Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications are a bonus.
