Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ platforms, including incident, change, release, problem, monitoring, and logging activities.
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, including version changes and infrastructure patching.
- Optimize system performance through tuning.
- Document environments and write operating procedures.
- Implement and integrate selected solutions.
- Install containerized platforms and applications according to team standards.
- Ensure the security and reliability of installed solutions.
- Test deployed systems and verify compatibility between components.
- Participate in technical validation phases for production releases.
- Automate deployment processes for containerized platforms and applications in public and private clouds.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuity of client services.
Requirements
- Master’s-level education specializing in computer science, networks, and telecommunications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Kubernetes as a Service (KaaS) with a DevOps perspective.
- Knowledge of several listed Cloud Native products, including GitLab, Keycloak, Nexus, SonarQube, FluxCD, Crossplane, Velero, Kasten, RabbitMQ, Kafka, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, AKS, and EKS.
- Knowledge of OpenShift is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Ansible Engine or Ansible Tower is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to perform on-call duties.
