Base Salary
$181k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train state of the art models for enterprise customers.
- Research and integrate cutting edge algorithms into the training stack.
- Design solutions for complex multi-agent systems to learn from rewards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of LLM training experience in a production environment.
- Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR and algorithms such as PPO/GRPO.
- Recent publications in top conferences like NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML.
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
