Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
- Develop, troubleshoot, document, and support ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, tasks, and stories in JIRA and ServiceNow while balancing incoming requests and planned project work.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, Automated Test Framework maintenance, and regression testing.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical scoping, estimation, design discussions, and ad hoc platform requests.
- Contribute to development standards, documentation, knowledge sharing, code quality, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Design Studio.
- Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations with third-party or enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Request, and Change.
- Ability to independently scope, estimate, and deliver moderately complex technical work with minimal oversight.
- Ability to produce clean, documented, production-ready work and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
