Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship new growth experiments, tools, and product surfaces from the ground up.
- Build full stack projects from scratch to test new acquisition channels, referral mechanisms, and conversion optimizations.
- Instrument analytics and tracking to measure experiment impact and inform iteration.
- Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Own projects end-to-end and move quickly.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related areas.
- Strong full stack engineering skills with deep expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Django, Rails, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship projects quickly and independently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong bias toward action.
