Base Salary
$165k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SDKs across TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Swift, Rust, and other language ecosystems.
- Build AI-assisted systems and tooling that enable a small team to maintain many SDKs.
- Own and improve Amplitude’s end-to-end developer experience.
- Optimize SDK latency, performance, bundle size, and resource load.
- Create external-facing agents using signals collected by the SDKs.
- Build integrations with third parties and uphold appropriate engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- Experience building SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms.
- Experience across multiple language ecosystems.
- Experience with platform tooling or code-generation systems.
- Open-source library maintenance experience is beneficial.
- Interest in developer experience and tooling.
