Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET microservices.
- Create and maintain database components using MongoDB.
- Develop and support Microsoft Azure components, including Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering standards.
- Conduct code reviews and help ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Troubleshoot application performance issues, system failures, and compatibility concerns across supported environments.
- Apply software design patterns when developing and enhancing solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Five or more years of professional software development experience with .NET microservices.
- Strong proficiency designing and developing applications with MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications.
- Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and development best practices.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience performing code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving application performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile software development environment.
- Preferred experience includes Neo4j, containerized application development, Kubernetes-based deployments, distributed systems, cloud-native microservices, and Azure application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
