Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the security posture, security narrative, and security communications for a portfolio of complex, high-value Adobe products.
- Maintain product architecture, roadmap, business-driver, asset, ownership, and finding context while partnering with the Technical Security Portfolio Manager.
- Lead security design reviews and threat modeling for major releases, platform development, and new products or services.
- Synthesize threat models, vulnerability findings, and customer concerns into prioritized product security actions.
- Direct threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and paved-road onboarding as part of release readiness.
- Identify systemic risk patterns and build scalable mitigations, paved roads, and reusable security frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineers.
- Contribute research and proof-of-concepts on emerging AI/ML and agentic-system threats.
- Share expertise through technical talks, blogs, white papers, and conferences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application or product security.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience building end-to-end security solutions adopted across multiple engineering teams.
- Ability to translate product context into prioritized, actionable security guidance and make risk-based decisions under uncertainty.
- Experience threat modeling complex, distributed, and AI/ML systems.
- Knowledge of application architectures, cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and secure SDLC practices.
- Knowledge of vulnerability classes including OWASP Top 10 and SANS, and authentication mechanisms including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and zero-trust.
- Experience conducting security code reviews across multiple languages and technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite and Kali Linux, including building or customizing tools when needed.
- Strong external technical communication and the ability to communicate with senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across globally distributed teams and help developers ship features securely.
