Responsibilities
- Design and develop platforms for AI model training and inference.
- Develop and operate container-native workflows covering model training, inference, and monitoring.
- Develop and operate Kubernetes services based on microservice architecture.
- Optimize ML/DL models across domains and deploy and operate them in service environments.
- Strengthen security, manage infrastructure, and optimize resources to support reliable AI service operations.
Requirements
- Experience developing AI/ML services or platforms in public-cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Git and Docker, plus practical experience deploying and operating services with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Experience operating CI/CD workflows with Argo Workflows and Argo CD.
- Understanding of ML/DL fundamentals and ability to design systems around model training and inference workloads.
- Backend development experience with Python or Go and web frameworks such as FastAPI or Echo.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate with other departments, define requirements, and propose solutions.
- Preferred: experience evaluating and validating new technologies through proofs of concept.
- Preferred: on-premise service development and operations or experience handling large-scale traffic.
- Preferred: experience understanding or building API Gateway and Inference Gateway systems.
- Preferred: experience operating LLM serving, LLMOps, or optimization systems, including LLM-d and Gateway API Inference Extension.
- Preferred: experience building AIOps or AI agent systems using infrastructure and service logs, metrics, and traces.
