$143k - $331k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect full stack solutions spanning user experiences, code-first platforms, backend data layers, and services.
- Develop software using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, and other languages.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting agentic workflows and platform capabilities.
- Build tools and experiences integrating LLMs from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Phi, Meta, and open-source models.
- Collaborate with partner teams to define, enhance, and develop AzureML capabilities.
- Use AI-assisted development practices and tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
- Respond to and integrate customer feedback and improve the team’s response to customer incidents.
- Lead by example, apply strong engineering practices, and raise the team’s quality bar.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of technical engineering experience using languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, C#, or Node.js, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of platform or frontend development experience using multiple languages and frameworks including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- At least 4 years of backend service development experience or at least 4 years of developer platform experience.
- Expertise in LLM and GenAI application development and familiarity with LLM-driven agentic system APIs and developer platforms.
- Deep knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as Next.js, Remix, server-side rendering, Web Components, and performance optimization.
- Experience with distributed systems, API or GraphQL service design, databases including SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases, and large-scale UI-intensive products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted software development tools, workflows, coding assistants, and automation.
- Experience orchestrating complex development workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud background check and applicable customer or government security screening requirements.
