Responsibilities
- Write Linux user-space and kernel code for DMA across 32-bit drivers and 64-bit virtual memory using Intel and AMD IOMMU controllers.
- Access ASIC registers over SPI, SMBus, PCIe, and I2C to implement high-resolution timers and collect hardware and network congestion data.
- Develop configuration management services using Go and Python for YANG, OpenConfig, NETCONF, and RESTCONF over gRPC, SSH, and SSL.
- Develop C/C++ routing protocol agents for BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS in a Linux embedded environment.
- Build fault-tolerant concurrent agents and contribute to a Python-based continuous test harness supporting hundreds of devices under test.
Requirements
- Experience or aptitude in C, C++, networking, Linux embedded systems, or algorithms.
- A strong love of and aptitude for programming.
