Arista Networks

Build and own backend software for Arista’s CloudVision distributed networking platform using Go, C, and C++. You’ll design architectures, develop network analytics and device-management capabilities, write automated tests, and deploy services to production.

Network System Test Engineer responsible for exploratory testing and validation of Arista’s networking products across complex, scaled-out topologies. The role focuses on uncovering difficult software and system defects, troubleshooting customer issues, and partnering closely with development teams.

Build and maintain production-grade automated testing infrastructure for Arista’s AGNI cloud-native network access control platform. You’ll design end-to-end tests, improve CI reliability, debug failures, and partner with backend and network engineering teams to raise product quality.

Lead software development for Layer 1 networking systems that manage physical connectivity, from copper connectors to long-reach optical interfaces. The role combines low-level programming, hardware collaboration, telemetry, customer troubleshooting, and technical mentorship.

Develop low-level PCIe software that enables reliable, high-speed communication between networking hardware components. This role combines driver development, hardware bring-up, performance tuning, and automated testing across ASICs, FPGAs, and PCIe infrastructure.

Develop low-level CPU firmware, BIOS, and boot loader software powering Arista’s networking products. The role combines board bring-up, CPU integration, secure booting, automated testing, customer troubleshooting, and technical leadership.

Join Arista’s EOS software team to build, test, debug, and deliver networking software powering large-scale data center switches. This senior/lead role spans routing, packet forwarding, distributed systems, customer troubleshooting, and mentorship.

Join Arista’s Packet Forwarding Engines and System Software team to build low-level software for ASIC-based networking hardware and Arista EOS. You’ll own features from design through deployment, develop automated tests, troubleshoot customer network issues, and help bring up new hardware systems.
