Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional mission team with highly skilled engineers.
- Continuously improve the code base, systems, and processes.
- Design and develop efficient solutions that can scale.
- Enable the team to iterate quickly and learn about customers through A/B experiments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- High proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
- Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous messaging.
- Experience in operating at scale, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to write fast, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with AI experimentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
