Responsibilities
- Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
- Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
- Advocate for customers and build strong relationships.
- Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams.
- Mentor team members while learning from them.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant, engineer, or architect.
- Experience deploying Elastic solutions or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools that integrate into service management.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience delivering professional services engagements.
- Strong communication skills and experience public speaking.
- Understanding of open-source technology and proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with large distributed systems.
