Responsibilities
- Build the dispute dashboard with deadline visibility, evidence status, and response tracking.
- Ship frontend features end-to-end across the merchant dispute and fraud-protection lifecycle.
- Create interfaces that surface comparisons across Riskified, Forter, Signifyd, and Sift.
- Own defined areas of the native rules-engine UI, including velocity rules, blocklists, and fingerprinting signals.
- Deploy personal work to production and monitor its impact.
- Collaborate directly with Product and the Engineering Manager on a small team.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production-ready frontend features with growing autonomy.
- Solid understanding of API design fundamentals and building for performance at scale.
- Comfort writing tests and handling edge cases and errors.
- Strong attention to detail in shipped work.
- Exposure to fraud, risk, disputes, or another operationally sensitive domain is preferred but not required.
- Experience building dashboards or admin tooling from scratch is preferred.
- Comfort working with APIs and willingness to contribute to the Python backend are preferred.
