Responsibilities

Reimagine and implement technology solutions for the music industry.
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing engineering team.
Own features through the full development lifecycle, including design, creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Implement maintainable, high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Participate in continuous professional growth, learning, and improvement.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 6 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
Deep knowledge of AWS or another large cloud computing environment.
Strong distributed systems skills, including performance, scalability, latency, and throughput measurement.
Strong operational excellence practices involving testing, monitoring, paging, and incident management.
Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, databases, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
Experience with Databricks Data Products, Snowflake, Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, Lakebase, and PostgreSQL is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong ownership, delivery focus, debugging ability, and capacity to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Commitment to continued learning and mastery of software development.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite work at the Bangalore office a few days per week.
