Responsibilities
- Reimagine and implement technology solutions for the music industry.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing engineering team.
- Own features through the full development lifecycle, including design, creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement maintainable, high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Participate in continuous professional growth, learning, and improvement.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or another large cloud computing environment.
- Strong distributed systems skills, including performance, scalability, latency, and throughput measurement.
- Strong operational excellence practices involving testing, monitoring, paging, and incident management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, databases, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Experience with Databricks Data Products, Snowflake, Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, Lakebase, and PostgreSQL is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ownership, delivery focus, debugging ability, and capacity to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Commitment to continued learning and mastery of software development.
