Responsibilities
- Build, develop, retain, and scale the EMEA Solutions Engineering & Strategy team.
- Partner with sales directors and regional vice presidents to drive regional enterprise revenue growth and close strategic opportunities.
- Advise customers, conduct discovery, define requirements, develop customer visions, and recommend deployment approaches.
- Lead workshops, strategy sessions, presentations, public speaking, executive engagement, and customer-facing solution discussions.
- Create business cases, ROI analyses, scope definitions, cost estimates, solution documentation, solution briefs, and other sales-cycle deliverables.
- Collaborate with product management on RFP responses, field feedback, competitive intelligence, and enablement content.
- Develop deployment strategies and best-practice presentations and ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Coach and mentor team members while managing technical relationships across prospective and existing customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of Solutions Engineering Management experience with demonstrable success in cloud security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Governance and Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related area, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through relevant technical certifications.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working in customer-facing environments, including presentations, workshops, solution documentation, coaching, and mentorship.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration concepts including identity lifecycle management, entitlements management, access requests, workflows, policy and role management, access certification, audit, reporting and analytics, and deployment scenarios.
- Database query experience in relational database environments, including MySQL and Elastic Search.
- Experience with REST API, PowerShell, and GraphAPI.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, and JSON.
- Understanding of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks including SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, Cobit, CIS, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, and PCI.
- Experience with AzureAD, Okta, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic, and other cloud, LDAP, or virtual directories.
- Basic understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.
- Strong organizational, project, customer management, communication, presentation, collaboration, autonomy, and responsiveness skills.
