Base Salary
$149k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable data infrastructure and backend services for data discovery and data lineage.
- Develop performant, user-friendly, and fault-tolerant data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead high-level system design, code reviews, and technical contributions.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data processing and access using cloud ETL technology.
- Work with machine learning, autonomy, and other stakeholders to drive platform adoption and address customer pain points.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a data engineer or data pipeline engineer.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong development experience with Python and SQL.
- Expertise with AWS services and solutions, including EKS, Lambda, and ETL.
- Experience designing and developing distributed systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous-delivery environment.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, cross-functional development teams, agentic workflows, or autonomous vehicles is a plus.
