Base Salary
$160k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational runtime libraries, build systems, and development tools for DoorDash mobile applications.
- Improve the productivity, reliability, and daily workflows of mobile engineers across the company.
- Architect and implement high-impact mobile platform solutions used by hundreds of engineers.
- Partner with engineers, technical product managers, engineering managers, and organizational leaders on critical initiatives.
- Mentor and educate mobile engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to a strong mobile engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Android development experience.
- Demonstrated product mindset when building platform services.
- Ability to work effectively with people, systems, and software.
- Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand different system architectures.
- Strong organization and written and verbal communication skills.
