Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop sandboxing and secure execution patterns for AI-powered workflows and agents.
- Implement secure-by-default AWS infrastructure guardrails using Terraform.
- Build automated security systems and paved-road tooling that help engineers ship securely.
- Create unified identity and access systems across internal tooling, infrastructure, and production systems.
- Design secrets-management and credential-rotation systems with auditing and least-privilege controls.
- Improve application security for authentication, authorization, API protection, and multi-tenant isolation.
- Build security observability pipelines for logging, detection, and incident response.
- Own security projects independently while balancing strong security with developer-friendly systems.
Requirements
- Strong background in application security, infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Experience designing and shipping production systems end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and security primitives, including IAM, networking, and RDS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with identity systems such as SSO, IAM, or identity providers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive projects independently.
- Interest in AI and LLM security topics such as prompt injection, data poisoning, and model extraction is preferred.
- Experience with Wiz, Doppler, 1Password, SIEM or security event pipelines, Kubernetes or service mesh security, or sandboxing is preferred.
