Responsibilities
- Lead MES solution design and architecture for ATP implementation projects.
- Translate customer manufacturing processes and requirements into scalable MES functional and technical architectures.
- Define application, integration, and infrastructure system landscapes and identify solution gaps.
- Gather and validate customer requirements and provide consultation on MES capabilities, best practices, and system design.
- Coordinate application engineering, infrastructure, operating system, database, integration, and automation teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Lead customer technical reviews, deployment activities, evaluations, demos, and implementation support.
- Review solution designs, code, and deployment approaches while managing technical risks, quality processes, standards, and audit requirements.
- Create solution architecture, interface design, system requirements, and functional design documentation.
- Develop and transfer new application capabilities and methodologies to optimize system performance.
- Support pre-sales proposals and technical presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, Industry, or related fields, or an MBA with an Information Systems background.
- At least 5 years of experience in MES, CIM, or manufacturing systems in semiconductor front-end/back-end production, LCD, LED, or electronics environments.
- Strong knowledge of 300works or similar MES platforms and ATP domain knowledge.
- Experience with system architecture, integration, and large-scale deployment.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and front-end/back-end operations.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting roles and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Willingness and ability to travel worldwide, especially to China, for deployment projects.
- Preferred knowledge of MES platforms including FactoryWorks, SiView, Camstar, PROMIS, or FAB300.
- Familiarity with infrastructure architecture, Linux, networks, databases, message buses, ERP, MCS, EA, or automated-fab subsystems.
- Preferred experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, networking, shell scripting, Jenkins, Docker, software development, or coding.
