Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go.
- Contribute to architectural, infrastructure, and strategic technical decisions.
- Collaborate with the team on workflow planning and development activities.
- Conduct code reviews for other team members.
- Write clean, testable code and corresponding unit tests.
- Document personal code and help ensure long-term maintainability.
- Develop software with attention to reliability, performance, distributed architecture, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 4 years of recent programming experience with Go as the primary language.
- Strong understanding of Go internals, including data structures, multithreading, memory management, and garbage collection.
- Experience with relational databases and writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and containerization using Docker.
- Experience working with Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Intermediate English and Upper-Intermediate Russian.
- Experience with finance or other data-integrity-sensitive applications is preferred.
- Understanding of distributed applications and microservice architecture is preferred.
- Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture is preferred.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse is preferred.
