Responsibilities
- Implement innovative technological and functional product enhancements within the development team.
- Work with Java and web technologies including JavaScript, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Maintain high standards for product technology and quality.
- Conduct software design and code reviews.
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle from requirements analysis through final delivery.
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code into development, analysis, and problem-solving workflows.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree from an ETH, university, or university of applied sciences with software development knowledge, particularly Java and JavaScript.
- Candidates may be directly out of university or young professionals.
- Very good German and English language skills at C1 level in each language.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and willingness to use tools such as Claude Code and AI-based code reviews.
- Analytical thinking, initiative, accountability, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork.
