Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain quantitative tools and services for derivative trading.
- Implement and enhance derivative pricing models.
- Integrate quantitative models into risk management systems.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Risk and IT to validate models, streamline workflows, and support production integration.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or master’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, quantitative finance, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong understanding of financial mathematics, probability theory, and stochastic calculus with practical application experience.
- Strong programming skills in at least one compiled language.
- Up to four years of relevant professional experience in quantitative development or model implementation, including internships, graduate trainee programs, or junior roles.
- Strong English communication skills; German proficiency is advantageous.
- Proactive, hands-on team player able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
