Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams during high-value implementations.
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements.
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists to support technical workstreams.
- Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations.
- Participate in technical discovery to recommend best-fit Ramp architecture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across HRIS and Accounting integration partners.
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through configuration decisions.
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for integration support.
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
