Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the Twilio platform and stay current on industry trends.
- Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architecture to secure Technical Wins.
- Design creative solutions for customer data flows and AI decisioning.
- Educate cross-functional teams on product knowledge and strategies.
- Mentor sales and SE team members on value-selling strategies.
- Document technology shifts to influence product strategy.
- Contribute to the Specialist Org strategy and multi-product GTM motion.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex solutions sales cycles.
- Expert stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills.
- 6+ years of progressive presales experience.
- 2+ years of expertise in CDP and/or martech platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling solutions across multiple product areas.
- Confidence engaging with C-level executives.
