Base Salary

$120k - $144k/yr

Responsibilities

Support release readiness activities through analysis of software performance and system-level metrics.
Develop, maintain, and improve Python-based tools and dashboards for software quality evaluation.
Analyze test results from various testing environments.
Investigate system-level issues and support root cause analysis efforts.
Work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Help define and maintain metrics for software quality and release readiness.
Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to understand system behavior.
Participate in requirements reviews and validation planning activities.
Contribute to the development of release processes and engineering tools.
Document findings and communicate investigation results to development teams.
Support defect tracking and issue management throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in a related technical field.
Experience with complex software, robotics, or autonomous systems.
Strong Python programming skills for scripting and data analysis.
Experience with data analysis, metrics, and system performance evaluation.
Familiarity with software development workflows and testing methodologies.
Ability to investigate technical issues and communicate findings effectively.
Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to independently execute technical tasks while seeking guidance on larger problems.
