Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem.
- Engage with strategic partners and end-users to optimize their use of Geotab's solutions.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to deliver effective solutions for customer challenges.
- Drive revenue growth by translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt service and support.
- Support partner upskilling and best practices.
- Assess complex business challenges and propose solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback to product teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engagements and solution designs.
- Manage high-impact projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Create processes and handle escalations while driving change.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of telematics, IoT, and APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with Agile Work Management and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Proven ability to maintain technical knowledge as a subject matter expert.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service.
- Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
