Responsibilities
- Develop custom integrations and automation across Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Okta Identity Governance, and Auth0.
- Maintain Terraform configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code for IAM infrastructure.
- Create and maintain OAuth, OIDC, and SAML integrations, including custom rules and attribute statements.
- Develop Okta Workflows for provisioning, registration, and other critical business processes.
- Develop Auth0 rules and actions and write Node.js functions and Express applications to extend IAM capabilities.
- Support identity governance processes including access certifications, entitlement management, lifecycle automation, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Manage application access policies and authorization server policies across environments.
- Develop integrations with Workday, Active Directory, Azure, and Salesforce.
- Support Org2Org federations with other Hitachi Group companies.
- Participate in code reviews for automation and tenant management.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of OIDC, OAuth, SAML, MFA, and related authentication and security concepts.
- Strong experience integrating applications with both Okta and Auth0 for SSO, provisioning, and governance.
- Production-grade development proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD tooling, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Knowledge of Okta Identity Governance, access certifications, entitlement management, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Familiarity with Okta and Auth0 public APIs and development SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale IAM environments, workflows, and scripting against public APIs.
- Knowledge of Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Governance, and Okta Access Gateway.
- Understanding of modern cybersecurity threats and the role of IAM in mitigating them.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Okta certifications are a plus.
