Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Playwright.
- Create reliable, scalable, and reusable test scripts for web and API testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate new features and improve product quality.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
- Perform manual testing when needed to support broader QA coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Develop and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and strategies.
- Ensure all QA activities follow company and industry best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Pytest.
- Experience with Playwright (Appium is a plus).
- Solid experience testing REST APIs (e.g., Postman, browser dev tools).
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr).
- Ability to write clear, structured, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of issues.
