Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact application issues, serving as a technical contact for external partners.
- Participate in incident response for critical system problems and propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Contribute towards the team's adoption and optimization of AI-driven diagnostics and support process automation.
- Mentor junior support engineers and promote technical growth through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Create, review, and manage technical documentation and support tools for quality improvement.
- Take ownership of escalations, coordinating across engineering, product, and third-party vendors to drive issues to resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support or account management experience with web or API services.
- Proven expertise in application troubleshooting and incident management for web-based platforms.
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as Grafana/Datadog and database queries.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to process improvements.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern AI-powered support tools and workflows.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and managing stakeholder expectations during critical issues.
- Track record of leadership in incident resolution and operational quality.
