Base Salary
$83k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build tools to configure and control Dexcom devices and apps, parse logs, and analyze failures.
- Develop tools and APIs for automation, notifications, documentation, event processing, and Jira workflow automation.
- Automate end-to-end testing on physical iOS and Android devices to validate product features.
- Build integrations among Jira, TestRail, Slack, GitHub, Datadog, and other systems to automate workflows and data transfers.
- Build and manage automated test suites for use by other teams in CI/CD and QA end-to-end system testing.
- Evangelize automation platforms, identify improvement opportunities, and generate and track automation ROI metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D Systems, Commercial Product, and remote teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of software development experience and experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience developing applications and libraries in Python or Java, building REST APIs, interfacing with embedded devices, and automating mobile and embedded devices.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, GitHub, Docker, databases, AWS or GCP services, and automated test suites.
- Experience with cloud compute, storage, authentication, and messaging services.
- Experience manipulating JSON, XML, text, CSV, and Excel data and using Splunk or Datadog for data analysis.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 2–5 years of related experience, or a master's degree and 0–2 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience working with remote teams.
