Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI-training products from Asset Hub's unique real-world assets.
- Design and build pipelines to transform raw assets into derivative works.
- Create interactive environments for training and evaluating agents.
- Spot commercial opportunities in the inventory to maximize asset value.
- Prototype quickly and develop scalable pipelines for derivative work creation.
- Collaborate with buyers and technical stakeholders to align product development with training needs.
- Handle sensitive materials with attention to security and privacy.
- Write clean, well-tested code and utilize AI tooling for efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong background in RL environments and AI training.
- 4–8 years of engineering experience in RL environments or AI training data.
- Proficient in Python, Docker, and CI/test infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and agent harnesses.
- Builder's temperament with a focus on project ownership.
- Clear communication skills to engage with lab and RLE researchers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
