About SimpleClosure

11-50 employees

There is a right way to shut down. We've helped thousands of founders do it. SimpleClosure manages the full dissolution process for bootstrapped and venture-backed companies—legal, tax, operational, and administrative—from the first step to the final filing. One coordinated process, one team responsible for all of it. We are dissolution experts enabled by technology—bringing structure, visibility, and professional handling to a moment that has historically had none of it. We work with founders and operators directly, and alongside the lawyers, accountants, and investors who support them. Shutdown is too important to improvise.
