Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help architect and build DailyPay's unified ML platform.
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Design monitoring and alerting systems for ML infrastructure.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and share domain knowledge.
- Ensure ML pipelines handle sensitive data in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, MLOps, or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Solid CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipeline tooling.
