Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and operate infrastructure for real-time decision systems, including durable execution, workflow orchestration, reliability, and performance.
- Build agent sandboxes, evaluation infrastructure, developer harnesses, and compute environments for agent workflows.
- Develop the developer platform covering CI/CD, deployment, local development, and internal tooling.
- Own instrumentation, monitoring, incident response, and debugging tooling for probabilistic systems.
- Manage cloud and inference costs, capacity, and architectural scaling decisions.
- Partner with product engineers and customers affected by the infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of engineering experience with meaningful ownership of infrastructure built rather than inherited.
- Zero-to-one experience building infrastructure from scratch at a startup or standing up new systems within a larger company.
- Strong fundamentals across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and observability.
- Demonstrated software engineering ability and ownership of complex systems from design through production.
- Ability to build new systems, work across the stack, and exercise sound architectural judgment.
