Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate enterprise cloud platforms for security, scalability, cost, and enterprise fit.
- Maintain a catalogue of approved cloud platforms and usage patterns.
- Support development teams in designing and implementing cloud-enabled workflows.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders on platform architecture decisions.
- Define guardrails around data handling and access control with Security.
- Design and enforce cost controls such as quotas and usage limits.
- Educate teams on cloud capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-native systems and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience with automation tools like Git, Pulumi, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience in cloud-native system design and implementation.
- Strong grasp of enterprise security fundamentals.
