Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agent sandboxes, evaluation infrastructure, custom harnesses, coding-agent fleets, and agent orchestration systems.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, local development environments, and internal developer tooling.
- Build and own infrastructure for real-time decision systems, operational AI, and closed-loop automation.
- Solve distributed-systems problems involving durable execution, workflow orchestration, reliability, observability, networking, and performance.
- Optimize cloud and AI infrastructure costs and improve production reliability as the company and customer base scale.
- Own infrastructure decisions and systems end to end while partnering with the broader engineering team.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of engineering experience with meaningful ownership of infrastructure projects.
- Experience building infrastructure at a fast-growing startup or creating new systems from 0 to 1.
- Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, CI/CD, and observability.
- Experience building production infrastructure relied upon by engineers and customers.
- Track record of owning infrastructure end to end, from design through production.
- Ability to move across the stack and solve broad, product-driven engineering problems in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
