Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to enhance AI-enabled care experiences.
- Collaborate with the ML research team to integrate AI techniques into clinical care.
- Improve the physician-facing care platform with AI tools for efficiency.
- Architect scalable backend systems for health data and enterprise integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software, with 2+ years in a startup or growth company.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis.
- Experience in building scalable solutions for large user bases and enterprise clients.
- Strong commitment to personal and team engineering skill development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent advancements.
