Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to determine project outcomes and evaluate feasibility.
- Translate requirements into scoped deliverables and high-level designs.
- Define and document outcome-focused deliverables.
- Implement solutions using Commvault’s APIs and third-party tools.
- Assist customers with deployment and testing of deliverables.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for project hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in the IT industry with expertise in enterprise infrastructure.
- 3 or more years’ experience in project-based delivery teams.
- 2 or more years’ experience delivering automation and reporting solutions.
- Proficiency with modern Operating Systems, Storage, Networking, and Cloud computing.
- Ability to write and optimize Microsoft SQL Server (TSQL) queries.
- Experience with Java/Groovy or JavaScript for scripting.
- Skills in PowerShell and Unix Shell scripting.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and common authentication methods.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and version control concepts.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Commvault or another enterprise backup platform.
- Hands-on orchestration experience with private and public cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
