Responsibilities
- Own configuration of Gainsight features including Rules Engine and Journey Orchestrator.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle programs for onboarding and health scoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create operational cadences and campaigns.
- Build business-centric reports and dashboards using Reporting 2.0.
- Maintain end-to-end integrations between Gainsight and other platforms.
- Translate customer data into actionable playbooks using Data Designer.
- Implement sentiment analysis and churn prediction within Gainsight.
- Support end users by resolving platform issues and training power users.
- Document solutions, data models, and integration logic.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with Gainsight development and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven ability to configure Gainsight features like Rules Engine and Scorecards.
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with joins and nested queries.
- Gainsight Level 3 Admin Certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating multiple systems and working with APIs.
- Excellent communication skills for a globally distributed team.
