Responsibilities
- Design and develop test frameworks and platform tooling for engineering teams.
- Build reusable framework components and APIs to improve developer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate testing needs into platform capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Golang and/or Python with proper documentation.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration, and reporting infrastructure.
- Drive AI-powered automation to improve test onboarding, execution, and failure triage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience focused on platform engineering or test infrastructure.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Golang and/or Python with strong coding ability.
- Experience building frameworks, SDKs, or developer-facing tooling.
- Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
