Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy applications for CLEAR’s secure identity platform.
- Advance capabilities across healthcare industries and domains while applying privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture expertise.
- Develop and deliver full-stack code and define best practices for testing, documentation, and observability.
- Partner with product teams and stakeholders to uncover requirements and solve complex problems.
- Own architectural decision-making and drive continuous improvement in technology and processes.
- Collaborate with and mentor less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with languages and technologies such as Java, Python, TypeScript, and React.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or health system domains.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and several of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Argo.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, continuous learning, and solving complex problems.
