Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact projects through production and post-launch operations.
- Build features end-to-end from data model and API through UI and rollout.
- Make independent decisions about architecture, scope, and technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with customers, design, and product to determine what to build.
- Contribute to code quality, system design, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating real production systems.
- Ability to work across the stack while going deep in areas of expertise.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in a modern engineering environment, typically at a strong senior level or above.
- Clear written communication and a bias toward shipping meaningful work.
- Preferred experience in identity, security, distributed systems, large-scale data systems, fast-growing startups, or products and platforms for developers.
- Experience using AI tools to improve effectiveness.
