Responsibilities
- Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
- Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, ITSM platforms, APIs, and data sources.
- Test and validate agent behavior and outputs.
- Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation.
- Contribute reusable components and templates.
Requirements
- Strong software development skills, including Python, APIs, and scripting.
- Experience with automation and workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns.
- Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems.
- Three to eight years of experience in software development or automation engineering.
- Experience with modern development tools and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with n8n, LangGraph, or similar tools is desirable.
- Knowledge of AI observability and testing frameworks is desirable.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices is desirable.
- Experience in ITSM automation or managed services is desirable.
- For SC clearance eligibility, continuous residence and employment in the UK for the past five years is required.
