Base Salary

$105k - $154k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop operational software for new features and defect repairs.
Develop automated unit, functional, and integration tests.
Demonstrate functionality and document test results.
Troubleshoot operational issues and support operational software.
Meet deadlines and communicate issues and results.
Participate in Communities of Practice to adhere to and improve software engineering best practices.

U.S. Person status is required, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.
Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.
At least 5 years of software development experience with complex software systems is required.
Expertise with Python for web services using Django and scripting is required.
Expertise with Linux, including Ubuntu, RHEL, and CENTOS/AL3, is required.
Experience with API concepts such as REST, JSON, and YAML is required.
Experience with test automation languages or frameworks including Cucumber, Gherkin, and Behave is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Helm, Terraform, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Ruby, Go, hybrid cloud networks, CI/CD, aerospace or satellite ground systems, Agile Scrum, and operational support for complex microservice-based systems.

Hybrid work arrangement with remote work two days per week and office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Westminster, Colorado.
