Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cloud security configurations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and native cloud services using tools such as Wiz and Valence.
- Develop and manage detection mechanisms for toxic cloud risks, public exposure, and runtime threats.
- Collaborate with SOC and incident response teams to triage and remediate security issues.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using SAST, DAST, dependency scans, and secrets detection.
- Support threat modeling and vulnerability assessments during design and release phases.
- Conduct audits against CIS benchmarks, NIST, OWASP, and internal policies.
- Support third-party security assessments and VAPT cycles.
- Participate in security bootcamps, TekTalks, and internal education sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering.
- Experience implementing security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud security posture management, threat detection and response, secure SDLC practices, vulnerability assessment, and security compliance auditing.
