Base Salary
$157k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful features and services end to end — design, build, ship, and operate them in production.
- Contribute to architecture decisions in the AI/agent and product systems.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code and assist others through reviews and pairing.
- Ensure privacy, security, and responsible handling of health data.
- Break ambiguous product problems into shippable work and make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to turn requirements into working software.
- Mentor earlier-career engineers and raise the quality bar on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong engineering skills to own a feature or system end to end, including backend services and APIs.
- Experience in operating what you build, including testing, deployment, and observability.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to transition from rough problems to shipped solutions.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well across product, design, and engineering.
- A genuine interest in improving healthcare alongside an interdisciplinary team.
