Responsibilities
- Advise customers on GPU infrastructure, platform usage, AI environments, and technical adoption.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and mentoring for effective use of GPU clusters and AI toolchains.
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept, including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored architectures.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and validation of customer solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts and promote reliable, scalable, and secure operating practices.
- Support monitoring, observability, capacity planning, and GPU utilization for AI workloads.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes container technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting and automation tools including Ansible, Salt-Stack, Terraform, and Helm.
- Expert knowledge of Git-based automation, repository management, and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong Linux OS experience and experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and monitoring or visualization tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.
- Basic project management and leadership skills, intermediate quality management skills, and strong communication, analytical, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
